Personal Assistant for ALSAFY

ALSAFY Group is hiring Personal Assistant for top management:Responsibilities:- Maintain the manager agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.- Attend meetings and keep minutes.- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.- And other tasks related to the same job title.Requirements:- Bachelor degree. Must be from AUC, GUC, or any similar university.- Proven admin or assistant experience at least 5 years.- Excellent English and Fair French is a must.- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Strong organizational and planning skills.- Proficient in MS Office.- Gender: Females only preferred to be Unveiled.- Presentable and good communication skills.Location: 5th settlement, New CairoWorking hours: Sunday till Thursday 10:00 till 06:00Interested Candidates should send their updated resume to: (HR@Alsafy.net)And mention PA003 in the E-mail subject.
