United Brother for trading and construction is hiring
Recruiter
-Review the histogram of the projects and determine the vacant positions to start the selection process.
-Post jobs on social media and recruitment websites to create a pool of candidates.
-Screen and filter the CV(s) of the applicants to find the perfect fit and send the appropriate CV(s) to the concerned manager.
-Call the qualified candidates and schedule HR and Technical interview with them.
-Conduct the HR interview to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
-Prepare the job offer and send it to the candidate to be signed.
-Inform the candidate of the requested hiring documents to hand them to the Employee Relations team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 to 3 years experience
Experience in construction companies is preferable
Professional in Microsoft Office (Excel, outlook,word,and PowerPoint)
Excellent command of Arabic & English language skills
