“Customer Support Specialist”
Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency, also manages the social media channels to ensure delivering adequate support to every customer.Job Requirements:
* Excellent command of the English language (Specially Writing)
* Fast typing skills
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Have a positive attitude and patience to be able to understand and cater to customer needs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong phone contact handling skills, and active listening.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Ability to handle/solve issues generated from customer complaints.
* Bachelor Degree Holder
* 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
