Your Mission
Your mission as a department assistant for the Global Supply Chain Vice President is to establish positive working relationships with associates from different backgrounds, to convey reports in a clear and concise manner, reviewing standard financial reports, organizing data for the business unit as a whole, managing multiple business calendars, as well reporting to the business unit vice president.

- Reporting to Business unit Vice President.
- Use independent judgement to provide timely and effective secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group.
- Manage appointments, schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of time.
- Screen telephone calls, incoming mail, publications, and other correspondence, including confidential information. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files.
- Compose, gather, compile, verify and analyze information for use in documents such as letters, memos, reports, speeches, and presentations.
- Assist in the management of department budget. Review and compare monthly expenses to budget reports.
- Review and process expense statements, invoices, and check requests.
- Perform special project duties as assigned.
- Consolidating Reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications - About You
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree of Business or equivalent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Has a good understanding of Customers’ requirements
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft package (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Familiar with financial terminologies
- Effective report writing and issue resolution skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
