Job Purpose
Implementation of insurance coverage operations on the assets and property of the Elaraby group and family, whether on fixed assets, inventory, cars, new projects, or it was to cover the various civil responsibilities and land transportation of the group
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring the accuracy of the insurance data for the assets that are insured, through a comprehensive review of all the group’s assets with the competent departments and referring to them in the event of any observations that affect the insurance of those assets, whether there are errors in the description, quantities, insurance location, or otherwise
Ensuring the availability of all data and documents related to the insurance sites of the group, which affect the insurance status of the private sites of Al-Arabi, such as contracts, licenses, and the approval of the Civil Defense for the sites .... etc.
Participate in negotiating insurance prices, terms, and coverages with insurance companies to obtain the best coverage and terms at the lowest prices, according to the insurance market
Ensuring the availability of insurance, safety, and occupational health conditions at the sites, as well as the correctness of the data on the locations of the assets, by carrying out periodic inspections of the group’s sites throughout the Republic, preparing relevant reports, and following up on avoiding the observations of these inspections with the concerned departments until their completion.
Ensuring that the group’s rights from insurance-covered accident compensation are obtained by implementing the procedures for obtaining these compensations, from the beginning of preparing the accident notification and following up on the procedures related to it until the compensation is paid following the terms of the document
Implementing the procedures for preparing the appendices of the allocations to LINOC and ensuring their validity, so as not to stop the credits of the banks
Implementation of the procedures for revaluing assets and cars periodically (annual for cars & every three years for assets) and inventory at the true value of the stores according to the SABB to ensure that the insurance on all types of the group’s assets is at the replacement value, due to the non-application of the proportionality condition that results in large losses in compensation in the event of An accident happened, God forbid
Preparing periodic reports on insurance activity to be presented to senior management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce(accounting-Insurance)
1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
Working knowledge of Windows-based programs and basic data entry skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to adapt easily as the procedure
Good mathematical skills
Ability to work independently
