LG Electronics Egypt is hiring :

- Call Center Supervisor/ Shift Leader

Reporting To :
CRM Manager

Main R&R:
- To Provide a world-class Call Center service designed for customer support
- To Manage and Control Floor ,queue and agents with all related tasks .
- To handle Digital channels of customer inquiries (What's App, LG.com,.. )
- Responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses .
- And Any related Tasks ,..

Location: Kattameya Office
(Transportation is provided)


Main Qualifications:
* Egyptian Only / Cairo or Giza Resident
* Bachelor Degree
* Exp. ( 8 - 10 Y ), 3 Years at least "same position Exp."
*Experience in leading Quality Assurance Team for 2 years at least .
*Experience in Basic Financial analysis
(cost analysis & budgeting reporting)
* Leadership, Organizing, problem solving and interperosnal Skills
* Good command of English & Very Good Ms. office Skills.
(Excel, PowerPoint)
* Max. Age : 35 Y. Old
