• Develop operational and maintenance procedures, ensuring their proper implementation.
• Monitor and maintain control over spare parts inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Manage and supervise the availability, calibration, and condition of required tools and assets.
• Perform fault analysis and investigate the underlying causes of malfunctions.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and regularly report the status of asset failures, actions taken, including reliability and failure rates for each asset/subsystem, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist in training engineers/technicians in operation and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and schedule the attendance, performance, and well-being of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies as per Company regulations.
• Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior, which may involve performing maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
