HR Data Analyst is needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with data/statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to bring structure to complex data sets. - Strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication with natural relationship building skills with internal/external partners and senior staff.
- Detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience with reporting solutions and data visualization tools (e.g Tableau /Power BI). -
Master in MS Excel, PowerPoint. - Knowledge of HR best practices, HR processes. - Experience in working with and managing HRIS datasets (ideally SAP Success Factors).
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.
