Senior Marketing Manager For Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF)

 


Roles and Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis 

Provide input and analysis to ensure competitiveness of the products and services in specific markets, to assist in achieving the anticipated growth targets for SAFF.

Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.

Manages the process of competitor analysis and recommends activities in response to the competitor’s online activity.

Brand Management and Activations’

Managing and monitoring all marketing activities in order to provide the desired results and to reduce any errors.

Advising on all SAFF by reviewing the marketing plan and providing feedback and recommendations.

Developing, managing and implementing integrated marketing plans, inclusive of activations within specific objectives for the benefit of SAFF.

Create and propose new SAFF activations revolving around our competitions to help generate impactful and measurable brand awareness with our fans.

Supervise the design, ordering and production process of merchandise, promotional giveaways and gifts

Ensure all current and future SAFF projects adhere to SAFF’s strict brand guidelines

Identify and implement strategic performance indicators and operational marketing indicators for better functioning of the marketing department and to support organizational goals.

Manages the process of safeguarding the brand image and related risks for SAFF and its competitions.

Manages the process of idea creation in order to improve the SAFF brand identity and positive image.

Build and maintain healthy relationship with the Commercial department’s team and work with them to help them achieve their commercial objectives.

Communication Management

Develop, drive and monitor all initiatives related to the creation of the communication as are aligned with the marketing plan and in general with the objectives of SAFF.

Drive and measure the effectiveness of the produced communication as per the marketing plan objectives.

Manages the process of creating and generating communication messages for SAFF and its

Review & approve the recommended marketing material to be publicized and targeted through media outlets and communication channels in coordination with the Media and PR department.

Event and Activations Management

Supervising the preparation and participation for SAFF on local and international exhibitions and conferences through sourcing and negotiation with event vendors and suppliers.

Manage all event operations and supervise the event personnel to ensure that all event activities are running smoothly and resolve any challenges that may occur before and during the event.

Manages the process of analyzing the event's success and reporting for the purpose of future planning and improvement.

Manages and guides the process of participation in: exhibitions, fairs and conferences, as well as organization of ceremonies and other annual events for SAFF and its businesses lines.

Content Management

Assists in the preparation of a content marketing plan with a specific and measurable goal and timeline that is applicable to meet.

Coordinate with department designer and other relevant departments collection of relevant data and information for a purpose of producing high quality content that will support SAFF goals as per the established branding guidelines.

Collect required data by communicating and coordinating with other stakeholders inside or outside SAFF with a purpose to create engaging content based on the marketing plan and marketing activities.

Coordinating the process of creating and management of the marketing collaterals.

Interdepartmental Process Management

As Head of Marketing, you will be required to work closely with other departments in applying the various administrative processes required to complete your duties in the Marketing department - such as coordinating with the procurement department writing and preparation of RFPs, evaluating team members etc. - working closely with the Media, National teams, Procurement, HR and Administration departments to ensure alignment on specific topics in respect to each department’s scope, whilst taking into consideration the rules and policies of SAFF

Qualification and Professional Certifications:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Marketing concentration or other relevant fields. 

Professional Certificate in Marketing, Brand Management. 

Bilingual – English and Arabic, Fluent in Arabic speaking with excellent Arabic writing skills

Minimum Experience:

6 Years of minimum experience in Marketing Field.
