Location: Sheraton, Cairo.
Role Purpose:
Nile Air is currently recruiting a highly motivated and customer-oriented rotating shift Contact Center Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you are expected to deliver a full service-oriented professional reservation, and customer services to our clients and other external stakeholders and parties through contact center channels, in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and target sales revenues.
Qualifications:
·        Relevant bachelor’s degree.
·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in call center field.
·        Can handle non-voice channels like live chat and WhatsApp with agreed quality standards and SLA.
·        Advanced Amadeus using skills with 2-year experience.
·        Excellent knowledge of aviation products and technicalities.
·        Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
·        Excellent English language communication skills Written/Spoken.
·        High learning agility.
·        Strong problem solving and stress management skills.
·        Ability to work under pressure.
·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·        Strong selling and customer service oriented.
