You are responsible for
• Processing changes HR related data
• Filing HR-related documentation; maintaining HR files and records
• Managing and recording document flow for new joiners and current employees
• Supporting regular checks on changes in systems; monitoring and identifying points of departure and execute necessary corrections
• Supporting delivery of reports within scope
• Performing regular checks on changes in employee files; monitor and identify documents and ensure to be kept in hard copies
• Introducing new HR supporting process activities
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
• Studying towards Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Able to work at least 3 full days at the office
• Collaborative approach , able to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
