Job Summary
A multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The employee should be able to assist office executive director and all team members by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, message, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements if needed, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. He/she Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Main Responsibilities
Arranging both internal and external meetings and events
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations if needed.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and message
Requirements:
A university Degree in Business or related field.
Prior administrative experience, preferably with 3-5 years.
Demonstrated credibility and trustworthiness in working within a team.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for team members
Proficiency in both English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft office
Attention to detail and pays close attention to avoid mistakes
