Job Opportunity: Cargo Facility Manager at Air France-KLM (Based in Egypt) :
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Facility Manager to join our team. As a Cargo Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing facility management strategies within the North West Africa and Levant market. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our operational objectives are met while maintaining cost efficiency and adhering to flight safety, security, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute facility management strategies in alignment with the company's policies and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) management for staff.
- Handle financial and investment processes related to facility management.
- Create and implement maintenance plans and projects for the handled airlines portfolio.
- Develop handling services for customers and industrial projects related to facilities.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including sub-contractors and service providers.
- Manage warehouse activities and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses within budgetary guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Operational experience in logistic.
- Solid knowledge and experience in facility management, preferably in the cargo industry.
- Technical background in areas such as electricity, mechanics, electronics, IT, telecommunications, structure, civil engineering, or electromechanics.
- Familiarity with maintenance management and AFKLMP Cargo operational procedures.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. (French is a plus)
- Understanding of legal requirements related to safety, hygiene, and environment at work.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Excellent communication, diplomatic, and persuasiveness skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
