#Job_Responsibilities:
· Manage the required logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
· Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
· Coordinate off-site training activities for all employees.
· Print the required certificates for conducted training courses.
· Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
· Prepares all the administrative work related to the training calendar.
· Ensure proper course communication and follow-up.
· Update the database of trainees on a regular basis and keep records for all trainees.
· Keep reports for all training delivered and submit them on a monthly basis the training delivery report.
· Ensure that all related training tools are available during the session, as well as the coffee breaks, lunches, and transportation.
· Responsible for the cleanliness of the training academy as well as managing the required staff and administrative material.
· Manage the cleaning clerk of the academy, and make sure that set standards are applied by the concerned person.
#Job_Requirements
· BA, in business or equivalent
· Good Command of English
· Expert in Microsoft applications
