Job Description
Update and follow up the contract of limo provider and make sure all driver’s and Vehicles ‘s Licensed and same with SGM LV’S and drivers
Safety inductions arrangements required to all admin manpower
Buses schedules SGM / Hired (Limo shouldn’t be included only buses)
Manage the entire request from Admin staff with HR (ANAYA, new recruitment, investigation, etc.)
Admin Time sheet (update the Annual Leave, Emergency, Sick and absent, modifying positions changes with Insurance)
Travel Requests (send the travel requests & follow flight bookings with travel coordinator)
Travel requests & site visit approvals
Follow up safety rules to be applied within the department sections
Job Requirements
Excellent in English.
Minimum 2 years Proven work experience.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
