✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, International TEFL, TESOL, CELTA , and DELTA/ Master's holders.
👉 Your Role:
* Engage Learners: Deliver interactive, learner-centered lessons using the unique Monglish methodology.
* Teach Groups: Handle different levels in groups of 6-12 learners.
* Feedback: Provide timely feedback and progress reports on learners' strengths and areas for improvement.
* Plan & Create: Develop lesson plans and supplementary materials.
👉 Work Conditions:
* 6 Working Days.
* Fridays off + 3 days montly leave at the end of each month.
* Winter Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
* Summer Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* 5 Live Teaching Hours with breaks in between.
