We're hiring a Senior Market Research Analyst at Arabian Cement Company. Main Responsibilities: -Support the development of strategic marketing plans throughout the year as required. -Lead and monitor all market analysis and research supported by the sales and marketing teams to gather complete information and assist in formulating effective marketing strategies. -Develop strategic marketing reports to identify and explain key business trends. -Analyze market reactions and competitors to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats. -Optimize data gathering processes and related analysis and reporting activities. -Provide data analysis support to marketing and senior management as needed. -Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects beyond formal accountabilities to meet business needs. -Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures, including implementing group guidelines, conducting training, and monitoring compliance. Education: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Skills: -Excellent analytical skills -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills -Fluency in both written and spoken English Experience: -Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research analysis -Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the cement industry preferred Location: Our HQ (New Cairo) Please send your CV on: careers@arabiancementcompany.com
