Accounting Manager For E3mel business Academy

We are hiring Accounting Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian financial laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to track expenditures and improve financial efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Assist with financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of preparation of financial statement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
