- Job Title: Help Desk Specialist - IT
- Job Location: City Club - (Shebin El Kom, El Menofyia - Banha - Kafr El Sheikh - Tanta - Luxor - Aswan )
• Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Desk Supervisor at City Club Sports Management. The Service Desk Supervisor will oversee the service desk's day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and training the service desk staff.
• Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
2. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
3. Follow standard help desk procedures.
4. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
5. Monitor & follow up hardware inventory.
6. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
7. Installing and configuring computer systems
8. Support wireless network and access points.
9. Undertake regular PC health checks to ensure they are tuned and adequate for the required tasks.
10. Ensure all devices are serviceable.
11. • Administrate \ maintenance of CCTV system
• Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of similar experience, including local and wide area network management.
2. B.Sc. in information management science, computer science, or information engineering.
3. Supervisory Skills and Communication skills.
4. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Attending A+ or Network + Classes.
5. Must be a resident of the city.
6. Training skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work well under pressure.
