Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the company.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
Strong background in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
