We are looking for someone to join our team!
Job Responsibilities :
- Compensation & Payroll Processing, and & staff Benefits.
- HR daily operations: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System), and generate reports as needed and assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee-related matters.
Requirements:
-Proven 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
-Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work -effectively with employees at all levels.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-High level of professionalism and integrity.
