 “Office Administrative” is required for a multinational manufacturing company located in Maadi


Responsibilities:
·General duties such as photocopying, phone screening, faxing, mail distribution, and filing
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the office, including the location of various files, archiving documents, and reports. Keep the office organized
· Responsible for the supply of catering, office stationaries, and maintaining inventories
· Responsible for the update and maintenance of various distribution lists internally, and externally
· Report problems with office equipment and coordinate actions with vendors
·Schedule business appointments and meetings, and assist in the preparation for meetings. Keeps appointment calendar updated
· Prepare purchase orders, process and report accounts receivable / payables, and prepare bank deposits
·Be the link between The company and bank/auditors/accountant: in charge of document collection/remittance, and ensure reporting is done on time
·Pays the monthly bills of the office
·Be the timekeeper in all administrative tasks (invoices, reports, etc)
·Handle and monitor the petty cash of the office
· Responsible for travel arrangements for employees and office visitors (travel/housing/visas)
· Assist in the creation of marketing material, and communication in collaboration with The company communication department
· Support in any events organization (training, exhibitions, ...)
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
·2-5 years of experience maximum in this role
·Fluent Command of English written and spoken
·Excellent command of business software packages - Microsoft Office products, email and internet
·In this small and fast-growing company, an entrepreneurial spirit is preferred
· Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas environment is a plus
