Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Purchase Specialist at Integrity Egypt for Smart Business. The Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchasing management, purchase orders, and analyzing purchasing data. The role is primarily located in Cairo, Egypt.

- strong knowledge of vendors for it (Aruba - Cisco - Huawei - Avaya)
Job Responsibilities:
1- Procurement and Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct market research to find the best products and prices.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
2- Purchase Management
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate with departments to understand purchasing needs.
3- Supplier Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and assessments.
4- Cost Optimization
- Analyze and manage purchasing budgets.
- Develop strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
- Track spending and forecast future procurement needs.
5-Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and performance.
6- Quality Assurance
- Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
