We seek to hire Senior_Onboarding_Specialist to join our HR team
Nahdet Misr Publishing Group. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. As the Senior Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of onboarding programs, manage onboarding logistics, and provide guidance to new hires as they integrate into the company.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in onboarding, HR, or employee experience
Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and supporting employees at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in HRIS systems and onboarding software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement.
