We're hiring for Admin Assistant for one of the biggest well-known Real Estate Companies:

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update office filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations.
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Assist with managing office calendars, appointments, and conference room schedules.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
• Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Perform other duties as required to support the team and office operations.
