 We're Hiring: HR Admin & Office Manager


Are you an organized and proactive professional passionate about HR and office management? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations while supporting our employees and leadership.

Location: Zamalek
Shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and functional workplace.
Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
Act as a central communication point between departments and management.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and office correspondence.
Manage office supplies, seating plans, renovations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Track team leave balances and timesheets.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Support the CEO with document preparation, travel planning, and file organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR field.
Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, candidate evaluation, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
B2 English level.
