Working type: Full Time.

Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Recruitment Needs & Coordinating with department managers to determine staffing requirements.
2. Analyzing job descriptions and identifying the skills and qualifications needed for each role.
3. Designing comprehensive recruitment plans based on the company’s needs.
4.Identifying the best sources for finding candidates (e.g., advertisements, recruitment platforms, social media, or networking).
5. Managing Job Advertising and Candidate Search.
6. Crafting and publishing attractive job postings.
7. Searching for suitable candidates through databases and various recruitment platforms

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• +3 years of Experience in the same position.
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Males Only.
• Fluent in English.
• Diploma in HR is a plus.
• Giza residence prefer.
