Recruitment_Specialist- Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Leverage recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source candidates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the real estate and Brokerage industry is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
