to join our team! The Clients Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the client relations team, ensuring efficient handling of client requests, complaints, and cases. This role involves direct client interaction, approval processes, and reporting, aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

1.      Ensure follow-up on all client requests and complaints received through the mobile application and email.
2.      Ensure timely resolution and communication regarding client issues.
3.      Review all cases handled by the team, ensuring that each case meets the necessary criteria and that checklists are completed.
4.      Provide direct release approvals for cases, including, resale, cancellation, and transfer cases, and stop action legal cases.
5.      Ensure the team handling client communications directly through phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
6.      Conduct walk-in meetings to address complaints and ensure client concerns are managed appropriately when needed.
7.      Manage the client database and accounts among team members to ensure balanced workloads and effective client handling.
8.      Ensure that the team prepares and send notices of delays to clients, ensuring clear communication regarding any issues affecting their accounts.
9.      Prepare monthly reports detailing all cases and provide analysis of team performance and client satisfaction.
10.  Follow up on all tickets received from the mobile application and call center, allocating them between team members.
11.  Conduct site visit reports as necessary to gather information and provide insights into client needs and concerns.

Qualifications:
-         12-14  years of experience with a proven success record in the same role.
-         Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
-         Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
-         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-         Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
-         Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.
-         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
