Senior Purchasing Specialist For Ahmed ElSallab

About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for services that align with company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential service providers and conduct supplier assessments.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with service providers to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand service requirements and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Provide support and training to junior purchasing staff as needed.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues with suppliers promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service purchasing or procurement, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Condition:

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
  • Working Hours: 9 hours 9 to 6
  • Location: Maadi

Package:

· Social Insurance and Medical Insurance.

  • Attractive Salary
  • Quarter bounces up to 50% of the gross salary
  • Grants. up to 25 % of the gross salary
