Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for implementing the talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, Offering to achieve the strategic goals of ELARABY.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and the best-fit talents.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, , cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical and Physical requirements and team needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on candidate selection, ensuring a rigorous and unbiased process.
  • Promote The company as an employer of choice within the global, technical, and medical communities.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 4-6 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Hiring Experience in Commercial Sector " Sales , Marketing " and Tech positions is preferred.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Experience.
  • Interviewing and Selection Techniques.
