Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top and the best-fit talents.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, , cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical and Physical requirements and team needs.
- Provide expert guidance on candidate selection, ensuring a rigorous and unbiased process.
- Promote The company as an employer of choice within the global, technical, and medical communities.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including participation in industry events and conferences.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 4-6 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hiring Experience in Commercial Sector " Sales , Marketing " and Tech positions is preferred.
- Fluent English language.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Experience.
- Interviewing and Selection Techniques.
