HR_ExecutiveRole Overview
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective delivery of HR services. This role involves managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Handle employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of performance review processes.
• Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
• Promote a positive workplace culture align
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR roles
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English profile
Work conditions:
Working days 6 days a week
Working hours 9 hours including 1 hour break sharp
