Vacancy: Senior Mechanical Engineer

- Conduct design reviews to ensure that the mechanical designs for properties meet the project requirements and our design quality standards and guidelines while adhering to local regulations and building standards.
- Assist development managers in the development of design briefs.
- Assist with scoping design activities and technical evaluation of bids.
- Coordinate with architectural, interior, structural & civil engineers to carry out required modifications.
- Ensure regular site visits and collaboration with project managers to identify and flag mechanical issues and potential value engineering initiatives.
- Oversee the logging of all design changes in coordination with the project manager.
- Liaise with the development manager to reflect any design changes on asset business plans and forecasts.
