What You’ll Be Doing:

Voice Support:

Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups.

Provide accurate, friendly, and timely resolutions.

Email Support:

Respond to customer emails with clarity and professionalism.

Solve issues or escalate them efficiently when needed.

Chat Support:

Engage with customers in real-time via live chat.

Deliver fast, helpful, and smooth interactions.

Salary Package: Up to 17,500 EGP Gross

For candidates with at least 1 year of offshore call center experience (voice, email & chat):

Base Salary: 13,000 EGP Gross

KPI Bonus: 2,000 EGP

Attendance Bonus: 2,500 EGP

Shifts & Time:

Shift starts at 4pm

Fixed 9-hour shifts (includes 90-minute break)

2 fixed days off per week

Night and overnight shifts available

Note: Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Experience in handling multiple support channels

A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit
