Position: Arabic Bilingual Generalist
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks
Commitment: Part-time, at least 20 hours per week, fully remote and asynchronous
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment of spoken Arabic and verify audio content accuracy
- Watch videos in Arabic and provide culturally informed feedback
- Collaborate with teams to ensure linguistically accurate and culturally relevant assessments
- Stay current with modern Arabic language trends, slang, formalities, and cultural nuances
- Evaluate virtual or avatar-based platforms used to deliver or assess Arabic language content
Ideal Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Arabic, ideally born and raised in an Arabic-speaking country
- Deep understanding of Arabic cultural norms, traditions, and communication etiquette
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern Arabic slang, idioms, and regional expressions
- Ability to listen and watch video content through headphones on a computer
