آي بي إيه جي (IBAG) لخدمات تحويل الأموال هي أكبر وأقدم وكيل لـ ويسترن يونيون في مصر، تعمل منذ عام 1995 وتهدف لتقديم خدمات تحويل أموال سريعة وآمنة وموثوقة وتخدم الاقتصاد المصري بمعايير عالمية، وتتوفر خدماتها عبر فروعها المنتشرة بالبنوك المصرية، وتصرف الحوالات بالدولار الأمريكي والجنيه المصري، خاصة في فروع البنوك مثل البنك الأهلي وبنك مصر بنك القاهرة.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service
• Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Customer focus skills
• Military service certificate (Completed/Exempted)

Preferred Area: Cairo - Giza

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute all cash transactions.
• Provide customers with operational requests and inquiries related to their transactions.
• Verify customer information to match the system.
• Provide customers with courteous service at all times.
• Maintain an error-free service.
• Responsible for the end-of-shift cash sub-safe reconciliation with the main vault custodian.
