Job Description
Main job duties :
- Ensure all data entry and documentation procedures comply fully with the latest Egyptian Customs Law and ministerial decisions regarding the ACI system.
- Initiate and accurately complete the pre-registration of all import shipments on the Nafeza National Single Window for Foreign Trade Facilitation.
- Process and secure the Advance Cargo Information Declaration (ACID) number for every shipment within the required regulatory timeframe and prior to shipment from the country of export.
- Verify the data of the foreign exporter and local importer as required by the Nafeza system to ensure successful ACID issuance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customs brokers to ensure the mandatory shipment documents are accurately and securely uploaded via the CargoX Platform (the blockchain document gateway for ACI filing).
- Track the status of ACI filings and the issuance of ACID numbers, proactively addressing any red flags or data rejection issues on the Nafeza system.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the electronic mobile field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customs clearance, data entry, or a related field.
