Job Description & Summary
- The Graduate Program is a one-year structured development program designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in enterprise technology consulting. Participants will receive comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to leading digital platforms including SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) gaining practical experience in supply chain.
- Throughout the program, participants will work closely with experienced consultants, shadowing on real project activities, and develop both technical and business consulting skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies.
- At the end of the program, high-performing participants who demonstrate strong capabilities, commitment, and potential will be considered for full-time employment opportunities within the team.
- Participate in structured training programs covering SAP TM.
- Support project teams in system implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation activities
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Participate in workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Graduate from a reputable university (e.g., AUC, GUC, or equivalent)
- Intermediate German language proficiency (B1–B2 level or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong motivation to learn enterprise technologies and consulting practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
