Description     Handle clerical and secretarial functions —Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases. —Managing filing systems; —Updates and maintains the management calendar —Dealing with management incoming email, faxes and post. —Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and take the necessary needed actions. —Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests to management, and handling them appropriately. —Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and archived files. —Acts as liaison and maintained open lines of communication among senior executives, board members, middle management and administrative staff.
Qualifications    At Least 5 years experiences in the same field •Excellent command of English •Excellent computer skills •Leadership skills •Time Management skills •Hard Worker •Must be team oriented & flexible. •Must have a professional responsible attitude •Able to work under pressure & Quick learner
