Description 1-Perform Site Surveys, implementation, Final Delivery. 2-Prepare diagrams and assist the Project Manager with laying out projects plans 3-Supervise the technicians performance and report it to the team leader 4-Respond to and troubleshoot all cabling Infrastructure problems.5-Maintain documentation - ensure proper update of documentation in relation to changes in the networking environment 6-Perform all sorts of Power related consultation, primary assessment and testing for customers 7-Provide customer signed reports after every assignment 8-perform all sorts of cabling infrastructure consultation, primary assessment and testing for customers 9-Give all the necessary on job training and usage guidance to customers 10-Maintain good command of customer satisfaction 11-Monitoring and of network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations 12-Find new leads while on an assignment and propose them to the customer in addition to report them to both the team leader and the sales engineer 13-Responsible for any Infrastructure Technology like CCTV& IP surveillance solutions, Home Automation systems, Fire Alarms, Access Control systems, Wireless.14-Managing The SLA in the area of the Cabling Infrastructure and Power and responsible to meet our SLA commandments with the customers.
Qualifications 1-Bachelor degree of Communication/Power Electronics Engineering 2-1 to 2 years experience in building & managing large scale networks infrastructure and field of power engineering. 3-Network+ Certified or (CCNA) is preferable. 4-Knowledge in CCTV & Surveillance, Access Controls, Fire Alarms, Wireless solutions is preferable. 5-Familiarity with UPS(s) 6-Willing to travel, work odd hours, and be very available
