Description 1.Responsible for preparing, recording and reporting all accounting transactions. 2.Prepare full set of monthly Financial Statements and ensure timely closing of accounts. 3.Analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions. 4.Manage and record all banking relations and transactions. 5.Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. 6.Prepare& approve payment vouchers & journal entries 7.Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project 8.teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. 9.Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. 10.Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns 11.Help in the implementation of ERP systems 12.Deal with external auditors and tax inspectors.
Qualifications 1.B.Sc. in Accounting 2.CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification 3.Min 5 years(same position) relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in Manufacturing environment 4.Excellent MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. 5.Working experience in ERP systems is highly regarded.
