Description 1.Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. 2.Respond promptly to customer inquiries. 3.Handle and resolve customer complaints. 4.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. 5.Provide delivery information. 6.Process orders, forms, applications and requests. 7.Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes. 8.Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. 9.Manage customers accounts. 10.keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 11.Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. 12.Record details of actions taken. 13.Prepare and distribute customer activity reports. 14.Maintain customer databases. 15.Manage administration. 16.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. 17.Follow up on customer interactions. 18.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications 1.excellent communication and listening skills. 2.a polite, confident and friendly manner. 3.to be confident using computers. 4.a positive attitude. 5.to be flexible and quick thinking. 6.perseverance, and to be able to respect customers answers. 7.good knowledge about all the companys products and services. 8.to be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure. 9.to enjoy working within a target-driven team environment. 10.To understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketing.
