Customer Service Representative:
will be responsible for:
- Searching The Forum latest Threads and Replies
- Reporting any Thread or Replay not suitable or abusing the laws of Forum
- Deleting or Editing the Threads or Replies which abusing the law of The forum
- Contacting members through Private messages to explain the Reason of the deleting or editing Process
- Answering Members inquiries regarding their Threads and handling their needs, complaints and comments .
Skills
- Accept responsibility and commitment is a must
- good communication and social skills
- ability to learn new skills quickly
- adequate knowledge of English
- Team spirit
- ability to work under stress
- knowing of V Bulletin Forums is a big advantage
