Description 1.Handle receipt of client consumable orders. 2.Responsible for preparing a regular forecast on consumable consumption. 3.Communicate consumable orders to Corporate Procurement for order placement and processing. 4.Receive clients and local partners complaints and issue the complaint tickets. 5.Ensure that all complaints and issues are dealt with effectively. 6.Follow up with the technical team on resolutions and with the clients to ensure that the complaint ticket is closed. 7.Responsible for the process of material return. Validate and activate the warranty process. Follow up on warranty claim with suppliers. 8.Responsible for the maintenance of the Customer Support systems and applications related to the electronic customer relationship management (CRM). 9.Collect feedback from clients on the services provided. 10.Propose tactics towards the development of customer support in order to ensure the achievement of service excellence and raise the levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 11.Produce quarterly report documenting recurring issues. 12.Perform any other related job duties as requested by direct supervisor.
Qualifications ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor’s degree in relevant field PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE •Five (5) years of relevant experience

Other Skills •Industry experience is preferred. •Public sector experience. •Customer support experience
