1- Deputy Manager –HR & Admin
Qualifications:
Role Requirement
BSc. /BA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent related emphasis. Minimum of six (6+) years related experience in Human Capital/Human Resource Management role in a Media, Telecommunications, and Financial Services or other highly customer centric business is required. Exhibited a good record of accomplishments in leading people, developing strategic plans, managing projects, and developing HR initiatives. Core business administration competency. Strong employee relations experience.
M.B.A. or graduate degree in human resources or business is a plus.
2- Human Resources generalist
Qualifications:
Role Requirement
Possession of an undergraduate degree in human resources, management, or related field.
Degree in human resources or business is a plus.
4+ progressive years of human resources experience.
Strong working knowledge of employment law, EEOC, and benefits.
