Description -Manage Daily Transportation process for Delivery trucks. -Manage and Contact Transporters in daily basis to assure daily delivery plan fulfillment. -Produce Monthly & Yearly Quantities reporting, also maintain fleet KPI reports -POD tracking & archiving. -Supporting Haulers accountant in preparing monthly invoices -All safety events and training related to cement transporters and drivers to be arranged (materials & Software show & Training sessions & Attendees management & if practical sessions also)Example (Defensive Driving Training & Automation& Safety Platform& Road Mapping Training & 3 safety refreshing sessions for drivers & Road transport Advisory training). -Execute & Monitor the Road Transport action plan. -Maintain the Road Mapping Project to all destinations -Maintain the OTIFIC Figures and reports ( Fleet Part ) -Maintain and support sales team with Verbal Quotations for the New Locations. -Maintain Freight Mapping Studies -Guide fleet Team for the correct and effective Toolbox Talk weekly Subjects. -Supporting Audit team during annual audit , preparing all needed PODs to be checked -Manage fleet team & office needs (Hardware, office Supplies, Vacations, Training, Appraisals , Etc ...)
Qualifications -Logistics background. -Minimum 5 years experience in the cement industry in a multinational company -Customer and supplier oriented. -Dedicated and Self motivated -Able to learn and enhance his skills. -Computer skills (MS-Office , Internet, e-mail) familiar with ERPs such as SAP , Oracle,…etc. -Language, Good English, written and spoken. -Preferable not more than 35 years old -Able to relocate, based on business need

Other Skills Previous experience to deal with ERPs *Perfect negotiation skills. *Good analytical thinking. *Good presentation skills is a must. *Leadership skills *Power user of excel.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
