Description Improve and maintain HR documentation system Perform HR system audit Handle personnel administrative tasks Build and maintain personnel records Conduct HR surveys at regular preset intervals, or as per occasions (e.g.: exit survey) Performs HR data analysis, and generate reports on areas of concern and on scopes for improvement Handle screening, profiling, testing and interviewing activities Coordinate logistics for HR activities, events and trainings Handle CVs collection and archiving for a related database Promote company culture, and handles employees claims/suggestions Handle induction programs Handle any other related task as required by immediate supervisor Promote a friendly and productive work environment
Qualifications • Administrative or business degree, preferably HR and financial related, with an approximate 2 years experience. • Good knowledge of MS office • Good knowledge of the Egyptian labor law, and related statutory requirements • Good knowledge of the company’s attendance system • Good knowledge of the company’s payroll system
