AR AccountantLocation: New Cairo (Transportations provided)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Accountant to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role will include reviewing and recording purchase invoices, managing customer records, overseeing checks and collections, and ensuring the proper tracking and recording of cash, check, and credit transactions and recording all accounting entries on system.
Main Responsibilities:
• Record all accounting entries, ensuring they are accurate and properly documented
• Review and verify purchase invoices, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
• Review checks and collections to ensure they are processed correctly.
• Monitor and track cash, check, and credit collections, ensuring timely and accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• From 2 to 4 years of proven experiences as A/R Accountant.
• Very good English language.
• Very good Excel user.
