About the Company:

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the factory.
* Prepare periodic and analytical financial reports.
* Manage and forecast cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
* Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
* Manage the accounting team and develop their skills.
* Collaborate with other departments in the factory to ensure the achievement of financial goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* At least [15 years] of experience in accounting, preferably in the food industry.
* In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax laws.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in using accounting software [ERP Microsoft Dynamic AX].
