Description Carries out recruitment functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, post vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews. Maintain and update resume database. Sets Job description, objectives & targets Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs. Perform employee evaluation semi annually Responsible for enhancing employees loyalty Ensure effective communication of HR policies and procedures to staff. Provide timely response to employee queries. Analyze issues and work on finding solutions. Organize workflow between departments. Serve as a link between management & employees by handling questions & helping resolve work-related problems. Revises the monthly data received including employees variables, bonus, overtime and deductions Makes monthly report on each employee to be submitted to his manager Managing all Training functions. Monitor attendance, overtime and vacations of all employees. Responsible for employees insurance Coordinate and manage healthcare plan matters Comes up with ideas to enhance the work environment & office issues
